Meet Betsy Mendel!
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Betsy moved to California in search of a lifestyle change. Her dedication to health and fitness brought her to Santa Monica, where she quickly immersed herself in activities like biking, hiking, hot yoga, spin classes, and HIIT. She channeled her passion for a healthy lifestyle into helping others look and feel their best.
Her sweet spot is the beach, where she's known to plunge into the cold Pacific Ocean anytime, including the polar plunge on New Year's Day. Betsy jokes that she might have been a fish in a past life! After a day at the beach, you'll find her sipping an Aperol Spritz at one of her favorite patio bars.
